For Parents

Welcome to the Youth Ministry at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church!

First and foremost, let me say, your youth are awesome! We have a great bunch of students in the youth ministry and I’m so thankful for the extraordinary license to be involved in their lives, and to walk alongside them as they discover and grow into God’s love for them. My goal is to create a safe place for the youth – a place where they can laugh, learn, grow, and be comfortable asking tough questions about life and what it means to be a Christian.

This ministry exists to model Christ’s love in your student’s life, to connect them to other students and amazing adult leaders, and to support your family during these formative years. I love hanging out with your students at youth group, on retreats and special events, mission and backpacking trips, and lots of other great times. But all of these events and programs are simply vehicles to provide an opportunity to display Christ’s love in your son’s or daughter’s life. We are excited to get to know you and your teenager and to see what God has in store for them and their friends. I hope that here at SAPC you feel welcomed, accepted, and loved.

Thank you for letting me, and the St. Andrew community, partner with you in helping raise your youth in and toward faith in Jesus Christ.

Brandon Lewis, Associate Pastor for Youth

What is CREW All About?

SAPC’s Senior High Ministry exists to lead students to the next level in their walk with Christ. Through Sunday School, Sunday evening CREW, Mission, Events and Retreats, we build relationships with each other and God and equip students to grow in their faith and serve others. We aim to live into and be shaped by the essentials of our name CREW: Community, Risk, Experience, Worship.

What is element All About?

SAPC’s Middle School Ministry is about teaching kids what it means to be disciples of Jesus Christ…ultimately affirming and encouraging them that they belong to God. The very definition of element is “an existence that satisfies all the conditions of belonging to something.” Our Middle School team of volunteers does this by teaching that being a Christian is an adventure and that with every step Jesus Christ wants to take us closer to himself. Join element and see what an adventure with Jesus Christ can and does look like!
